I use an app on my iPhone and iPad called AppShopper to keep a list of iOS apps I'd like to buy. It tracks them and sends a push notification when their price changes (or when there's an update to the app). Is there another app like that out there that tracks movies, music and TV shows (and maybe apps) on the iTunes Store? If there's no app, is there a website that does this?

I recently started using Onlive Plus and like it a lot. But I'm stuck on one thing. Once I have downloaded and edited a Dropbox file in Onlive, how do I get the file back to Dropbox?
The Onlive FAQ says, "After you edit a file, save it and upload it to Dropbox," but I can't figure out how to accomplish the upload from within Onlive. And my google-fu is failing me.

Getting mom an iPad. She says she wants a camera connector (she has a Canon EOS 40D) and "Photoshop" for it. She uses Photoshop on her iMac. I see Photoshop Express and Photoshop Tools. Should I get both/neither/something else? Are there good ipad-based tutorials for how to use Photoshop or similar tools for the ipad? Any other suggestions?

Are there any mobile apps that support community/collaborative remix? Apps that go beyond your own social network (i.e. Facebook/Twitter sharing), but post to their own public community. There are thousands of sites like that on the web, but the only ones I can find on iOS are

What is the best solution for blogging with an iPad? Is anyone actually doing this? I'd like to be able to travel with just an ipad and a bluetooth keyboard instead of my laptop. What I need: CC photo search and image resizing, the ability to easily add links, and upload to a wordpress blog to which I'm a contributor. Blogsy looks pretty good. What say you Metafilterers? Frequently I notice that iPhone/iPad apps initially go on sale initially at a reduced price. Moog's Animoog app, for example, debuted for a limited time at $0.99 and now costs $30. Obviously this is a strategy to get buzz and positive reviews. However, I'm bummed for missing this deal. Are there any websites that give the reader a heads up on killer apps that have just come out and which are being offered for practically nothing?

My New Yorker Ipad app is crashing and closing within 20 seconds of opening an issue. I wrote new yorker tech support and they sent these instructions but they don't work:
Please try resetting your app using the following instructions.
1. From the iPad home screen, tap twice on the home button and the apps
that are running on your device will appear along the bottom row.
2. Hold down the icons until they "shake".
3. Tap on the red circle to reset your application. This does not delete
the app.
4. Double tap the home button again to return to all of your apps.
5. Open the app and allow for your library to update. All of your issues
should now be available for download.
I think they addressed the wrong problem. I've rewrote them but because of the holiday there is no reply. Any suggestions of what to try next? I'd like to be able to read what I've paid for

I'm thinking of getting my parents iPads, since I've really enjoyed mine, think that it'd be simple enough for them to use, and easy enough to do technical support for.
