My boyfriend recently upgraded to QuickTime 7.5 on his G5 running Tiger 10.4.11. Now old Quicktime videos play back extremely choppy as if they're playing at the incorrect frame rate. What should he do??

I just bought a brand new MacBook Pro and when I use the remote control feature and try to load videos that I've downloaded on the iTunes music store, nothing plays. Has this happened to anyone else?

I deleted iChat a while back when I swore off internet chatting. Except now I'd like to have it back. And when I download iChat AV from the Apple site it says, "Sorry. Can't install. You don't have original iChat." How do I get the original iChat back? (Sorry this is so long-winded.)

Why does the iTunes music store have partial albums that are missing only one track? That makes it outrageously expensive to buy a CD with more than 9 tracks and seems a pretty dumb business move on their part. [Specifically, I tried to buy "Sign O'The Times" after the Prince thread, and it's missing a track.]

My G3 Powerbook is 3.5 years old. I love my Powerbook and intend to stick with Apple. Unfortunately, my G3 is starting to deteriorate. The CD ROM is broken and programs randomly close for no reason. I lost several pages on a paper I was writing. Which is all to say that my parents generously offered to get me a new computer for Hannukah / graduation (I graduate in a few months). Since I definitely want to buy another Powerbook, should I just go out and buy the Titanium G4? Or do you think a G5 Powerbook will come out soon and I should wait?
