I made a long video, and I need to break it into ten-minute-long chunks, so that I can post it to YouTube. I would LOVE some app that let's me batch process
this task. I want to start it running in the morning and come home at night to find a whole bunch of ten-minute-long videos on my desktop. I'm using an Intel Mac.
I'm willing to buy an app if I have to.

Hey you fancy phone app developers... how do you usually charge when you're doing an app for a licensor? What's standard? What kinds of contracts and stipulations do you sign? What kinds of fee structure? And what are the things a SMART licensor should really know and pay attention to along the road while building a new app for the public? (I hope these questions make sense.) [more inside]

I have a Flash game that I'd like to port over to the iPhone but I don't have the time nor the patience to do it myself.
Are their any companies out there that will develop the application for you, for a price?

I'm looking for a web-based app (free or otherwise) or a hosted app which will handle membership for a non-profit / club. It needs to provide different membership levels, handle payments (via PayPal or Google Checkout), and provide some method for allowing members to renew or upgrade their memberships, change their info as needed, etc. It does not need to be free, even though that would be nice. I'd like a good calendar app that does things like color-code events, remind me of dates (when I log on or start up, even if the calendar isn't running), and come with stuff like major holidays pre-coded. That's why I'm not happy with the WOrks Calendar.
Oh, and I'd like it to be free, and Windows XP comaptible. I've done the searching, and am so far empty-handed. Do you folks use anything you'd recommend?
