General advice for college students trying to find their first apartment? My girlfriend and I are moving in together next year. She'll have graduated, I'll be a senior, we're in beautiful Ann Arbor, MI, USA. Oh, complicating matters, she's studying and working an hour away from the city, and I'm in Washington, DC.
