I rent an apartment and park my car right next to the leasing office due to my car being vandalized several times. There's a camera right in front of the office, so if it happens again, I hope to be able to know who's doing it. Someone who works for the apartment complex told me not to park there anymore because, supposedly, they need the spots open for people who are looking into leasing.

My family (husband and 2 toddlers) lives in a town home and noise from our place is a constant concern of mine. We recently upgraded to a four bedroom that was occupied by a little old lady for quite a number of years. The ladies who live on either side of us seem to be very nice, but our second weekend into the new place we had one come over and ask us to quiet down.

I'm in College Park, MD for graduate school. My lease ends in August, and I feel like it's time to start looking for a place. I want to stay within a few minutes of campus (lived in Hyattsville before, and really liked that) but also want to try to get a place between $500 to $700 before utilities and cable. I've mostly just known people for the past few places I've lived, so I'm looking for some advice on when to start seriously looking, where to look, and other advice.

Please help a new grad move to San Francisco. I will probably arrive on June 1 and start working June 10, and I have $1500 for the whole move in process. Where do I stay while I'm apartment hunting? A hotel is very expensive and a hostel is pretty cramped. I could probably stay on a friend's couch but are there any other reasonable options for 1 month stays?

What are some relatively inexpensive things I can order via Amazon Prime to improve the design/quality of life in a studio apartment? I'm a single dude and my place still feels as cold and faceless as a furnished room, but I don't have the cash or the vision to do a full-scale overhaul.

Moving to San Francisco for work in June, when should we look for an apartment? We can fly down for a weekend in April or May, or we can look once we get there and stay at a hotel/hostel in the meantime. What's going to be the best way to find a good place? We want to live in the city.

Myself, my partner and a two of our friends have booked flights to Amsterdam for a week's break away and we need to find somewhere to stay. Ideally, we were thinking about an apartment so we can actually
live there for a week rather than just stay; hotels and hostels are all well and good but it would be great to be able to cook and have a space to relax.

I am working in Central Jersey now (near Princeton), and still living in NYC. Want to know if there any acceptable places for a single guy to live in this area. I checked out River Park at Raritan - it looks ok. Looked at Pike Run in Belle Mead, but I read a number of reviews and they were all pretty bad. Tenants were complaining about bedbugs and poor insulation.
Are there any places, preferably on the luxury rental side, that are decent for a single professional to live in the area?
