I have a Macbook; my friend has an old Android phone. I plugged his phone into my computer to get some videos and photos. He unplugged it before I could properly eject it, and his phone now doesn't recognize the card. It says it's damaged and asks him to reformat. Is there any way for me to rescue the files on this card? [more inside]

I have only two wishes: world peace and getting Outlook 2011 for Mac to sync with a web calendar that will also sync wirelessly with my Android phone. [more inside]

How can I copy my phone book from my old Blackberry to my new Galaxy Nexus without uploading the data to Google, Facebook, or any other service? I have a Mac and a USB cable; this ought to be possible, right? [more inside]

I've got an HTC Magic (also known by the execrable name myTouch 3G) running Android 1.6 from T-Mobile. I also have a MacBookPro running OS 10.4.11. Does a tethering program exist that will let me use my phone to supply an internet connection for my computer?
It seems that I can't use PdaNet (my computer would need to be a PC, or I would need a phone running Android 2.0). Do any other good programs exist that fit my specifications?
