[ChicagoFilter] I am going to attempt to bike to work, which means biking along the lake from Andersonville to the Navy Pier area. Any tips? I haven't biked in 10 years, and don't want to be killed by racing pros. [more inside]

Can anyone recommend an allergist in Chicago? I live in Andersonville; someone nearby would be nice. Also, since my insurance is evil, does anyone know how much allergy immunotherapy (shots or sublingual) runs out of pocket?
