I am middle-aged, overweight, and I have asthma. I am considering moving in four months from Houston, TX, approzimately sea-level to Denver, Co, approx. 5200 feet. How much trouble will I have with the altitude? Other than walking more than I am now, what can I do to prepare for the altitude change?
