Apparently it's a new OTC drug.<br> <br> Please no derails regarding:<br> (1) the Olestraesque anal explosion issues -- if anything, that's the ONLY information I'm finding about Alli<br> (2) the merits of magic pill diets<br> <br> I post this question seeking personal anecdotes and opinions about its efficiency, whether it can be a <i>useful</i> part of a diet/exercise program, and whether it is has a <i>reasonable</i> margin of safety, given that it's easy to find both bad and good clinical studies of almost any substance.
