When I visited my brother in Korea, I fell in love with Maekgeolli. I liked the crisper, almost tart stuff, with more carbonation. Now I'm trying to buy it in Korean markets here in LA, and while they've got a lot of it, I can't seem to navigate the varieties. [more inside]
