AJAX/DHTML date picker that doesn't suck

I'm looking for a lightweight, reusable, "server neutral", DHTML/AJAX style date-picker calendar widget without any Internet Explorer memory leaks. Not looking like ass is a plus. Free is great, reasonably priced is fine. Does anyone have a favorite? [more inside]

Keeping inventory in HTML, boo to Excel!

AJAX / DHTML / javascript-filter: If I have an HTML table of numbers, is there a script I can add which would allow me to have a little -/+ button for each cell that would adjust the value of a number in the cell? This is for simple inventory management and would preferably just run as a local HTML file on a Mac OS X machine. (or flash drive)

Simple Ajax Commenting Script

I'm looking for a simple Ajax commenting script that will allow commenters on a blog-like site to submit comments without actually leaving the page. I've found the one for Wordpress - but it seems to be a little too specialised for WP templates to be easily adaptable for my site's needs (though I will if I have to). Any links would be much appreciated.

AJAX Demos

So AJAX is the talk of the town and proponents generally showcase Google Map and Gmail as good examples of the technology. Are there any other ones out there? I'm working on putting together some demos trying to showcase how the technology can be a competitor to Flash so it would be nice to have stuff beyond Google's offerings.
