I'm staying in Aix-en-Provence for several weeks and am looking for a good jogging route. I'm staying just off the Cours Mirabeau near La Rotonde. Ideally, I'd love someplace like a park but it seems like most of the green space is outside of the city. I know the French aren't huge on jogging and I want to be as far from city bustle and cars as possible. I don't have a car or the luxury of a lot of time to travel by bus to the ideal location. A friend recommended the periphery of the city, but I fear this is too populated.
