How do I get from Newark Liberty International Airport to Philadelphia on a Friday night? [more inside]

I'm flying into Philadelphia Airport next month. I arrive at Terminal A, and my connecting flight is 2 hours later at Terminal F. From the online map it looks like these 2 terminals are very far apart- how does one get from terminal to terminal? I have 2 hours between flights, during which time I have to get my luggage, clear customs, and check in for my connecting flight. Should I be concerned about having enough time?

I need to get from Philly area to Newark Airport. I can drive, but airport parking is expensive. I will be gone for 9 days. Is there a better way? [more inside]

Flying into Philly next Tuesday around 530pm, then driving up to Bethlehem. I'd love to stop in Philly and grab a killer cheesesteak- but I'll have my family with me so I'd probably only be able to do this if its somewhat near the airport or on the way toward Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton.
