Legal Career Advice

I am looking for some career advice regarding search techniques and information about non-traditional legal jobs that I may be overlooking. I am interested in international law, environmental law, administrative law, and trade and investment law. I have work experience in international law and have also lived and studied abroad. Prior to law school I worked in finance for four years (my undergraduate degree is in international finance), I am located in the Northeast, and I am awaiting results from the bar exam which I took this past July. Help me out. I think I've been harassed and I don't know what to do.

So I need some sound advice. I think I was harassed a number of months ago at a local YMCA by another member. I decided to file this complaint internally, and now I'm worried I'm being stonewalled. Normally I would let something like this slide, but I've decided to take up this cause because I think it's the honorable thing to do. If only because I am inspired by the anti-bullying movement. Do I have legal options? Can somebody with any experience or strength with this sort of thing help me figure out what exactly happened to me, and share what they did in a similar situation? Details within. [more inside]

Making a bathroom accessible ... costs and requirements in the UK

I'm involved in the set-up of a public access space (in Manchester, England). While we have two ground-floor bathrooms, neither is wheelchair-accessible. Having spent no time in a wheelchair, nor time in a bathroom with a person in a wheelchair, I'd like to know a few things about making one of the bathrooms accessible... [more inside]

Public photography laws

I see lots of photographers with candid photos of strangers from the park, on the street, etc., but I'm wary of getting sued just for taking some amateur photos. What laws, guidlines, rules of thumb, etc., should I use when taking photos of people in public?
