I took out an advertising package with Apartments.com. This is no cheap proposition, at $2,000 for 500,000 impressions. I wasn't expecting much out of this, but was hoping for at least the 0.05% the apartments.com rep claimed was their average, considering that our company is in the moving industry and has some impressive accolades under our belt all mentioned in our ad.
50,000 impressions in and my apartments.com contact claims there've been 18 clicks (0.03% CTR). However I only see 6 originating from apartments.com, 2 of which were just me testing out the ad. [more inside]

I am an online publisher (have my own site) and want advertisers to advertise. I am pitching to an ad agency who has these accounts.
I want to look at a few pitch presentation decks. Any place online where there might be sales presentation to agency powerpoint decks?

I am really confused and need help. My job is in the online advertising world as a product marketing manager. New job position. The problem is that my knowledge of online advertising is low although I have worked in this field for 4 years.
I am looking for classes/courses/online resources that would help. Books would be great for both online advertising (Display not search) and on product marketing
Please dont suggest googling or the usuals -I know all of those. I am looking for something like Laredo online training.
Please help, I may lose my job soon because of this.

Are there any reputable online degrees? I'm mostly interested in doing an online degree in web design or marketing/advertising. I already have traditional B.A. and M.A. degrees in a different field (international affairs and economics).

Where, other than on the BlogAds network, can I run an online banner campaign for a less than $5 CPM?
I'm talking about large/established sites, networks, and portals.
Also, I'm not looking for CPC, CPA, or any kind of text advertising. This question is about cheap CPM banner advertising.

Question for self-promoting artists. Any advice on how/where to promote oneself online, what pricing is most likely to make sales, how to build an online reputation, etc? IANAA (i am not an artist (at least, not anymore)) but I my significant other is, and I am curious about alternative business models for artists as the gallery scene is a pain to get into.
