Honestly I got this idea from reading Pornified. I'm broke and it made complete sense to me that I could just run a porn site and make money This would be a pay site with photographs either taken by me or submitted by members of the site or people I know. <br> <br> I'm not concerned about hosting and payment gateways. I don't mean I'm not concerned, I just have resources for that already. <br> <br> If I publish user submitted work, do they need to sign a release so that I don't have to pay them any sort of royalties? Can I legally solicit for submissions on Craigslist? What sort of taxes will I need to file - this will not be my primary income. Ideally it may become that, though with memberships and ad revenue.
