What do you consider to be the best or most important movies of the past 20 years, whether Hollywood or international? I'm rebuilding much of my movie collection in 720p H.264 (approx 5GB each) or 1080p and want to be sure I don't miss anything. [more inside]

Ciaran Hinds is an Irish actor who played one of the Israeli operatives in Spielberg's Munich. I saw a snippet of a movie in which he played a bald literature professor. There was a red-haired woman who was his co-star. Does anyone know the name of the film? Thanks.
