I took a job two years ago thinking it was a great opportunity, and instead, it's turned out to be terrible. Lots of nice people and good intentions, but little infrastructure, tight budgets, and an executive director whose poor leadership skills are equaled only by her desire to micromanage.
Long story short, I have about 8 weeks to meet some (unreasonable) departmental goals or I'm likely to get fired. Help me turn two years of helping my department tread water in spite of huge organizational obstacles into accomplishments for my resume, please? [more inside]
