Twitter feeds from academic departments/programs.

I'm looking for examples of high-quality (official) Twitter feeds from academic departments/programs that are particularly informative (either to students or non-students, ideally both). I'm especially interested in departments or programs in healthcare/medical science-related fields, but all suggestions are welcome.

When I finish (and possibly after completing a postdoc or two) I'd like to end up in a job where I can maximize my real-world conservation impact. I'd like to hear some suggestions on how I can do that; lots more detail to be found inside, as well as my reasoning on the subject so far. [more inside]

How can I get the most out of my first major academic conference?

I'm a second-year grad student in the humanities going to (and presenting at!) my first major academic conference in about a week. I already have business cards, a list of sessions I'm interested in, and a probably absurdly high amount of anxiety. Fellow academics of MeFi, what do you recommend to maximize my conference experience?
