Is there a way I can upload old emails into my Yahoo account? I was previously using Thunderbird as my client but now want to exclusively use Yahoo webmail, and would like to have my 'Sent' mail and the contents of a couple of other email folders that I've downloaded locally to be available online. I need to extract a few thousand customer e-mail addresses that are mixed in with tons of spam in my yahoo mail and store them in a program/database. I'm not sure where to start on this, is there a program, script, or relatively painless method on how to do this? thanks!
