What is the simplest way of transferring old outlook express mails to gmail? I've set it up so that new mails received are forwarded automatically to gmail but moving old mails is proving more difficult

I'm setting up a wireless network in my house and am having a problem getting my XP laptop and my roommates Vista laptop on at the same time.
I can get one or the other accessing the internet (when right clicking on network and repairing). I'm assuming this is an IP conflict since when I get her Vista laptop accessing the net, a yellow triangle with an exclamtion mark pops up in my task bar and then my laptop won't access the net.
My guess is I have to set up a static IP for both?

My internet is stopping and starting and it's driving me nuts. I'm running Windows XP on a slightly older (3 or 4 years) machine. We have a wireless router in the house running Roadrunner cable service. My device is an Edimax EW-7128g wireless antenna I got through NewEgg awhile back. Works like a charm. Read on for a description of the problem... [more inside]

While I was using Spybot Search and Destroy, the computer became very slow. I rebooted using the hardware button, and since then whenever an application tries to use the internet (IE, Firefox, MSN Messenger etc) the application crashes, saying the application needs to close as an error occurs. Even the Windows Genuine Workaround app crashes! When not using the internet, everything works fine. How can I fix this?

Ok, I have a Dell box with Windows XP. I also have two very smart children (ages 11 and 13). I want to figure out a way to disable the internet connection from time to time. For example, child A doesn't clean their room, so I want to disable internet while at work, from (8a-4p). Is there a way I can do this, some software? The connection is DSL.
