How can I convert a Word document to a pdf while keeping the margins the same width? We are working on a 5 MB Word document, created with Word 2003 on a PC running Windows XP. The margins must be 1 inch wide. When we convert it to pdf, the right hand margin becomes 1.25 inches wide, and random phrases become boldface. We've tried Acrobat 8 and a freeware converter (dopdf).

I recently installed Adobe's Creative Suite CS2 on my MacBook Pro. Since then, I've experienced an almost unbearable slowdown in Word. There must be some connection--anyone else have this problem?

I've got a couple of Type 1 fonts that I would like to use, but MS Word crashes whenever I try to use them. They work fine in all other applications. I've got Adobe Type Manager, latest version. I've asked about this in several other forums, without being able to solve the problem. If anyone can sort this out, it's gotta be the AskMe crew.

And, oh yeah, I'm running Windows ME. Bring it on. I can take it.
