Nerdlinger/Microsoft Server Filter: Can SQL 2000 exist in a Windows 2008 Domain when installed on a Windows 2000 member server ? Before anyone says it, yes, yes I know it's old, outdated, unsupported, we should be using SQL 2005 or looking at SQL 2008 and that it can't be installed on a Windows 2008 server. BUT... does anyone know if SQL 2000 will work when installed on a Windows 2000 server that is a member of a Windows 2008 domain? I know that Windows 2000 servers can be members of a 2008 domain but Exchange 2000 won't work. Will SQL 2000?

Serverfilter: My office is in the process of migrating to Windows Server 2003 for Fileserving. We constantly have issues with newly created files. Whenever they are placed on the server by a user, the immediately lose rights to do anything with the file. All other users attempting to access the files are also denied. Looking for a new fax server. My company has a linux based fax server (Hilafax) that receives commands via php from our CRM that programs a URL into a standard web browser on our client machines containing the location of the document to fax and the fax number.
