I'm trying to help my friend put together a simple site, using wordpress as a platform for a static site/CMS. I'm having trouble moving the header (and all the content below it I suppose) to the top of the screen, 3px from the top. Could anyone help me by looking at the source code?

What are the best "zombie" websites? I'm looking for interesting examples of password-protected blogs, facebook pages, etc., that were frozen in time upon the owner's demise (or incarceration/disappearance), but which still stay alive (and interesting) in the comments. Or, the sites of dead people that have been taken over by friends/fans, and are updated regularly.

My community group needs a website and I've been given the job of setting it up. We need to sell tickets to events, keep track of membership dues/renewals, have some basic info pages, photos, etc. Right now we've working with Paypal, some spreadsheets, and a very out of date website (has a geocities era look to it). Quick question...if I purchase a domain name (ie greaselightning.com) through Wordpress, can I transfer it to a different cms (?) in the future if i am not happy with wordpress' performance? For instance could I go to Joomla and take my name with me or does wordpresss somehow own it? This and any other tips you have for a new website creator/user would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for a specific website about alternative history. Users of the site could submit counterfactuals and begin a speculative timeline of events based upon this divergence. Other users could contribute to this timeline as well. If the moderators felt that someone's contribution didn't fit the tone of the timeline, they would create a new divergence, leading to a timeline tree.
