My business is booming and it's driving me crazy! The process that worked when only a few orders trickled in isn't scaling and I am finding myself prisoner to my workflow.
Email and google spreadsheet is clearly not cutting it and I need input on a project management or order system.

I am looking to design a custom Ecommerce site and from talking to people it looks like the way to go is Joomla. I have an idea what I want my site to look like and it will need to have coverflow. Is this something I will be able to include in my Joomla site? A google search was not very helpful with this for some reason.

What is the most efficient way to migrate an Actinic ecommerce website to Magento. I have a clean install of Magento and an existing Actinic website (around 3000 products). I thought maybee do a product export from Magento to a CSV then do the same from Actinic then manually copy content from the Actinic CSV to the Magento CSV. But having looked at how Actinic exports its data (in rowed sections) it appears to be very time consuming... so my question is there a better way or more efficient way of doing this?

I want to create a website that has collection of accessories for a particular gadget. Lets say a Zune. Users can go to my website and see all available accessories and perhaps reviews. I want to add some affiliate widget or something so that it will show places where you can buy this accessory.
Does anyone know who offers this service?
Maybe if the user clicks through my website and buys an item from that estore, I get a small kick back?

If you were a web developer who needed to set up a subscribers-only section of a website, where the subscriptions are paid for online (credit card and possibly PayPal), and auto-renew by default, how would you go about it? Would you find a payment gateway that handles auto-renewing subscriptions and use their API to build a little checkout app? Or find an off-the-shelf cart that supports such a gateway, and just set the cart up and enable the gateway? Or is there an altogether better way?

An agreement signed some time ago is now proving difficult to dissolve, due to loss of contact with the other person. If a 'Memorandum of Understanding' was signed and then the parties are no longer in contact, can one party dissolve the agreement/partnership without the consent of the other and re-start the business alone?
