I'm founding a startup! Yaaay! I have some friends who like my idea and want to help me. However, I have no money to pay them, so I'm guessing that I'll need to give them a piece of the action. I don't want to get screwed, but at the same time, I don't want to be perceived as a jerk. What is the most fair way to divide up the pie? What's the best way to approach this discussion without coming off as a jerk?

Please recommend a good iPhone app or mobile-optimized website for following U.S. election returns on Tuesday night -- not just the outcome of races, but the returns of individual races as they come in.

Question for Graphic Designer types: What's the best solution for secure and reliable online storage, with 24/7 access from a desktop/laptop (Mac, PC and Linux), smart phone and/or mobile device and the web, for gigabytes of graphic design files? These files include various large image formats (JPG or TIF), Indesign, Word and Illustrater files, etc, etc.
Bonus points if this secure and reliable service allows people to seamlessly add files to a public folder, either via drag and drop or email.

Reliable FTP client for iPad, including direct editing of remote text files (ideally with some degree of syntax highlighting) and uploading of non-text files? All options I've found in the App Store have mixed-to-poor reviews.

I'm looking for good mobile websites that are mainly text and update often, with individual content brief enough that I can finish reading by the time the bus comes.
Despite what it might imply,
texts from last night perfectly encapsulates what I want. I just want more of it. And maybe for it to be informative on top of entertaining. Just something internet-y that I can browse for 3-5 minutes at a time.

Anyone know how to get the Opera Mini browser working with T-Mobile's Internet Service? I can browse the web just fine with the built-in Motorola browser, but Opera Mini just says it can't find a working connection.
Thanks!
