What is wrong with our dog? He's passing blood again - for the second time in two weeks. He went to the vet a week and a half ago; he had tests and x-rays; he's been on IVs of fluids & antibiotics. Does my cat have a chronic respiratory infection, or is it possible she just naturally has poor breathing passages?
