I've got this MP3 I'm trying to identify, and many attempts at googling the lyrics have left me wanting. The lyrics to the chorus are "you're feeling sorry, feeling sorry, alright... (snip) for nobody but yourself" It's a lady singing, very catty, chacha beat.
