[UK] How do you save when you have more than £75,000?

I'm in the fortunate position of having £69,000 in my Casa ISA this year and be able to put the £15,240 maximum allowance in. Unfortunately this will push me over the £75,000 FSA protection limit - so what are my options now and, assuming I plan to save again next year, what are my options then? [more inside]

Seeking info & resources on data privacy/confidentiality in UK hiring

We've recently started using an online application system at the company I work for and we're trying to set things up fairly so that some hired employees (e.g., in an admin, management, or HR role) can review unsuccessful candidates' and new applicants' files. Are there any protections we should put in place (legally or otherwise) so that new hires or other employees in these privileged roles cannot see the notes on their own applications, the applications and notes of their hiring competition, or applications and notes of fellow new hires? General advice welcome as well, e.g., if there are any potential use cases or other reasons as to why or why not this would be a good idea. We have the ability to fully customise the online application system as we wish. This is in the UK.

Young anxious student out of Lexapro on first trip abroad to London

My young cousin is on her first international trip and also one of her first trips away from home in London on a short study abroad trip. She is supposed to travel home Monday but unexpectedly ran out of Lexapro this week, which she takes for anxiety. She's now incredibly anxious. She was able to alleviate the anxiety by going to see Wicked last night, but now the rest of her weekend is looming ahead of her and she's alone. No earlier flights available. Study abroad program can't/won't help. Can anyone provide advice on emergency NHS assistance for a non EU citizen on a weekend? We're just trying to get her through to her flight home Monday.

Resources for advice in the uk

I'm very confused about my relationship at the moment and need to talk it through with someone. I don't want my family and friends to know at this stage as I don't think that's fair on my SO, and whilst normally I would talk to him about anything and everything I think I need an objective ear. Does anyone know of any resources to discuss emotional/relationship issues in the UK? Thanks.

UK - Inherited a property with development potential. How to sell?

I have recently inherited half of a property that has development potential and am looking for some advice on what to do next. Prior to this inheritance I have never owned a home or even managed to save a small deposit for a mortgage, so I have absolutely no experience of the property market. If all goes well, selling the property could set me and my fellow beneficiary up for life - we each hope to use our shares to buy our own homes mortgage-free! Save my home from the 1980s!
