I'm moving house next weekend and new place does not have WiFi. It's a six month lease and I'll probably be moving out of the country after that. I use a lot of internet (streaming music, downloading podcasts, films, sending large files, using cloud services, etc.) and so I need something unlimited or pretty near it. Everything I'm seeing online so far is either too much £ for too little internet (£20 for 2GB per month, seriously??) or too much commitment (12-18 month contracts for phone, broadband and TV). I only need internet. What are my options, if any? Thanks!

Does a service exist that will allow me to purchase things overseas that aren't available in the US and have them shipped to the US? Some kind of forwarding service?

I'm looking to buy a sub-£500 laptop in the UK online. I've checked out
Amazon,
Dixons and
Currys. Dixons seems to have a good range of solid models & features vs. price point. Although, I can't get any manufacturer's guarantee (a.k.a. warranty) information from them.
Can anyone recommend any other reputable vendors?

How can I buy a pair of shoes only sold in the UK?
There is a pair of Clarks that I want but the model is only available in the UK. The website will only ship with in the UK and the US retail stores can't order them. I have an email into Clarks UK and I'm awaiting an answer.
I don't know anyone in the UK so I cant ask them to buy them and ship them.
Is there a way I can buy them and get them to New Jersey? Some sort of shipping relay?

Where shall I go to for buying reasonably-priced (i.e. under £100, if not lower) leather messenger bag (yes, all right, a manbag) in the UK? Anything web-based, or located in Oxford or London would be great. I don't really know where to begin looking.
These guys (found via Google ads) seemed OK, but I could be wrong.

I'm looking for a PHP based shopping cart system that is easy to install, easy to explain to the person adding items to the backend and works with UK-based CC handlers. Any recommendations?

There are some UK sites I'd like to purchase from but they don't ship here to the States. Anyone know of a workaround that doesn't involve personally knowing someone over there? Something like
shopthestates.com, but for UK shopping...

I'm currently looking at notebooks in the UK for the simple things in life - word processing, playing championship manager etc. Maybe the occasional DVD or C&C: Red Alert. Looking around, there seem to be a number of IBM ThinkPad T22's around at around £400 (PIII 900 Mhz, 256Mb, 20gb hd, 14.1 TFT) - does anyone know of any other good deals in the £400-£600 bracket?
