What can two thirty year old dudes do for a few days? We are in Dorset in the UK and have access to cash and a car. Camping will probably be involved, but where shall we go? And what shall we do? Outdoor pursuits and drinking of real ale and cider sound good, any suggestions?

I'm applying for a UK working holiday visa. I'm Australian. The rules on the
britaus website state that I
must be in the UK within three months of my application. The website also says I
should apply in my own country. Hm. I was planning on travelling for around 5 months BEFORE landing in the UK.

So, I've agreed to drive a group of people to
Longleat Safari Park this weekend. It's been in the diary for months, but
the weather forecast is not good.
If you've been to Longleat before - is the bad weather going to spoil the trip? should we reschedule?

I am looking to go away for a long weekend with friends and hire a cottage. We want to go to somewhere coastal ideally and find a village to stay in that has a some pubs and places to eat. We have been to Robin Hoods Bay in North Yorkshire a few times and are looking for somewhere quaint and pretty like that where you can have a few walks on the beach and a few pints. Any ideas for anywhere good? Any recommendations for cottages would also be appreciated. Cheers.
