I'm a big follower of bot
Shirt Woot and
Teefury, both are sites that showcase a new t-shirt design a day at around ~$10 a shirt with cheap or free shipping. I recently discovered the existence of
Ript Apparel, which is more or less similar to the previous sites. I feel that Woot and Teefury have both gotten a bit too nerd-pandering in recent years, and am interested in new sites. I'm not into T-Shirt Hell or Snorg Tees as they are often text-based designs and I'm not really into pithy jokes on my shirts.
Uneetee is more of what I'm looking for, but I'm not too thrilled about their prices.
Design By Humans with the daily $15 deal is more of what I'm looking for, though their designs may be a wee bit
too artsy, and suffer from the opposite of Woot shirts- their designs cover too much of the shirt.

I have a couple of EMS organic cotton graphic T-shirts like
these, and I love them. The material is a bit thinner and stretchier than most tees, but still feels very supple and high-quality. Also, the fit is really nice - I particularly like that they're not quite as long as most tees are these days. I'm starting to think about making some graphic tees of my own design, and I'm wondering if there's a way figure out where these come from and get them for my own to use.

I saw Pearl Jam the other night in Boston (incredible show!), and as we spent 45 minutes waiting to get out of the garage, we saw the bootleg shirt sellers drop prices to the point that one guy just gave them away. It got me wondering about the actual process and distribution system of these shirts. Like start to finish, how does it work?

I'm a mid-twenties, relatively-tall, relatively-fit (6' 1", 180 lbs...but I run a lot) guy who has a shirt problem. During the colder months I really like wearing long-sleeve cotton shirts as a sort of base layer under other things. My problem? I can't find any brand that fits...either the arms are too short, or the shirt maker seems to presume that I'm going to have a beer belly to go along with my longer than average arms. I.e., what I'm looking for is something like the small size of
this, but with longer arms. I realize I could get larger shirts tailored down or go the bespoken route, but both of those options seem kind of overkill for what should really be a pretty standard product. Are there any brands that serve guys in my size by default?

I want an unlimited online source for these generic t-shirts that you see all the time. I just found out that there are sites that let you design these shirts for your organization or event such as
this that give you all the generic clip art your heart could desire but they of course want a bulk order. Anyone know of a site that lets you design a shirt like this and just order 1 unit, or that lets you order a copy of a shirt that someone else has already got them to design?

I run a website dedicated to vintage PC games (that is, games from the late 80s, early 90s). Ad revenue has been declining, and a co-admin suggested making t-shirts to sell to support the site. I have questions about what art/words we can use on the shirts.

Where can I find awesome hip graphic t-shirts in Large/Tall Size? I love wearing cool designer T-shirts - long and short sleeve, but have been totally stymied in finding great designs in L/T. I am male, 6'3" with a long torso. I swim in XL.
Banana Republic has one shirt and others that regularly sell L/T don't have any graphic designs (Lands End and Eddie Bauer).
