When I call any Blackberry 8100 from my Treo 680 using a headset, the Blackberry experiences echo. I have tried it on multiple Blackberry 8100s, and was able to replicate the problem. However, calling any other phone does not cause an echo. Also, the echo only occurs when I use the palm headset with the Treo.

I'm using a Macbook with Tiger (10.4.10) installed and Missing Sync 5.1.2 (140) installed. When I sync my Treo 650 to iCal, my events in both places (Mac/Palm) show up in the wrong time zones, so the times are wrong. I've never been to exotic places like Havana, Montreal, or Indianapolis, so this won't work for me. [more inside]

Looking for two programs for my new Palm Treo 750 (which uses Windows Mobile 5) Smartphone that this previous thread, while very useful, didn't provide. Namely, a version of Firefox for mobile phones (like Opera mobile but free) and a good suggestion for an alarm clock that lets me use my MP3s as the alarm sound and, importantly, includes a snooze function.

How to Sync Palm Treo with Outlook 2007 I took the plunge, downloaded the Office 2007 (Beta), and started playing with it. One problem (so far), while you can keep old Office programs on your computer (in case the new ones don't work), the Outlook 2007 Beta required deletion of Outlook 2003. So, now my Treo won't sync anymore. Palmsource's Hotsync Manager 6.01 is not comaptible with Outlook 2007. I do not want to buy the Chapura program. Has anyone discovered a solution? In the meantime, word to the wise, if you rely on your Treo ... don't upgrade to the MS Office Beta (yet).

The very tip of my 3/32" headphone adapter plug just came off in my Treo's headset jack. Any tips for how to extract it? I've tried: sucking it out (too much airflow coming from behind it); impaling it with a needle (won't impale); grabbing it with makeshift bobby-pin tweezers (no grip); and a toothpick tipped with Krazy Glue (didn't stick). I have a Treo 650 using Sprint. I need to use POP & Exchange Active Synch for my mail synching/sending/receiving. But my Exchange 2003 server is locked down so it can't relay except for a few IP addresses. I need to discover the IP subnet that Sprint is using to send mail so I can allow it to use my exchange server as a relay so I can send email from my Treo. Any ideas what this is, how to find it, or how to do it otherwise?

Does anyone know of a good program (or any program for that matter) for the Treo 600 that will back up my SMS chat logs to my workstation? The only method I have come up with to do this is to cut/paste the sms logs into a txt file onto my Treo and then copy that to my work station. This method is putsy, and I would llke to find a method that does this automatically every time I synch with my work station.
