My son's school has a "100th day of school" t-shirt project coming up, requiring 100 of something to be on the shirt. He's a kindergartener with fine-motor issues who suggests a Pac-Man theme. I'd like him to decorate the shirt himself or at least part of it.
So, how should he get 100 colored dots in various pastel colors on a black or navy t-shirt? Ideally the dot-making wouldn't require a lot of grip strength or precision. (We adults will help with the Pac-Man, ghosts, and maze lines as needed.) Bonus points for washability, but that's not essential.

I have a T-shirt made from a kind of fabric I've not seen since, I'd like to get more. It's supposedly 100% cotton, but I'm not sure if that's true.

What is the deal with undershirts? (ie wearing a white T-Shirt under your outer long-sleeve buttoned shirt). Watching Mad Men its always clear that Don Draper is wearing a white T-Shirt under his business shirt. Is is a USA thing? Here in the UK it seems less common.
And its always seemed to have a kind of puritanical conservatism to me. Is it some remnant of a more conservative past?

I'm looking for
very cool, light-weight long-sleeve shirts. I have scars on my forearms that I don't like to answer questions about, but my work uniform is short-sleeved. In the past I've worn long-sleeve t-shirts underneath, but I already have a tendency to overheat and these can make me really hot. So what are the lightest weight, thinnest long-sleeve shirts available? They need to be fairly tight-fitting to go comfortably under my work outfit. I'm a lady, if that matters.

I've been toying with the idea of starting a website that's sort of half forum, half store. I have a general understanding of how the web works, but I haven't done anything web design-ey for about ten years, and even then I was definitely quite amateur. What would I need to do to get going?

I've been accumulating a few ideas for t-shirts, mostly of the silly, or sardonic sort. Among t-shirt websites that print and sell submitted designs, which tend to result in the most payola (presumably as a combination of popularity and profit-sharing arrangement)?

Some years ago I bought a pair of Chinese t-shirts from a charity shop. Plain white short sleeved with a slightly scooped neck. The neck and sleeves where sewn (felled) rather than knitted and the fabric was thinner than the usual western t-shirt. The small label was woven and stated something like Two Chickens Brand. They were ubiquitous in the Mao cap era of China but, try as I may, I cannot trace an internet supplier or a bricks and mortar in the UK/London.

I'm a mid-twenties, relatively-tall, relatively-fit (6' 1", 180 lbs...but I run a lot) guy who has a shirt problem. During the colder months I really like wearing long-sleeve cotton shirts as a sort of base layer under other things. My problem? I can't find any brand that fits...either the arms are too short, or the shirt maker seems to presume that I'm going to have a beer belly to go along with my longer than average arms. I.e., what I'm looking for is something like the small size of
this, but with longer arms. I realize I could get larger shirts tailored down or go the bespoken route, but both of those options seem kind of overkill for what should really be a pretty standard product. Are there any brands that serve guys in my size by default?

I've been asked to design a t-shirt for a well-known band on a major label, but I don't know what the going rate is for the work. I saw
this question, but I'm not fresh out of school, and that's a question about bulk work, which this will not be. I'm open to charging a flat-rate or my hourly, but am unclear which is appropriate in this situation.

I am an admin for a university English department. I want to order some promotional t-shirts for the department to give mostly to our students, both undergraduate and graduate. What ratio of t-shirt sizes should I buy? I.E. I know I should probably get more mediums than smalls, but does anyone have any good statistics for the average distribution of sizes people tend to like? Bonus points for a link to a page that discusses this issue.

I have a family reunion coming up soon and I thought it would be fun to make some t-shirts. I am going for humorous, possibly incorporating our last name somehow (long German name). I could maybe play off the fact that I have six brothers and sisters. Maybe the fact that the reunion is taking place in South Dakota and most of us don't live anywhere near there. I dunno...anyone have any ideas?
