I am flying into SFO tomorrow morning but unable to access the condo I am staying at until the late afternoon. I'd like to go to the farmer's market but I do not want wheel my luggage around. Where would be a good place to store it for the day?

I'd like to spend some time in San Francisco on foot, without have to lug my suitcase around. The storage lockers at
SFO have been taken out of service for security reasons. Is there somewhere else I can store a suitcase for a day?

Checking a suitcase in New York City: is it possible? I'd like to leave my suitcase somewhere for the day. Many moons ago, I checked my bag at Grand Central Terminal, but I've heard that the luggage room was discontinued after 9/11. Does anyone know if it's back (or have other suggestions)?
