I'm thinking of preparing the DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera, or official Spanish Language Diploma) exam. My spoken Spanish is OK, my listening is fine, and my reading skills are good. What I can't do, because I've never practiced, is write essays in Spanish, and essays are a part of the DELE. Has anyone ever used a good Spanish text correction (not translation) service? I'd prefer to have my Spanish corrected by humans if possible, not software.

I write a monthly article on Spanish-language DVDs to be released in English-speaking territories. Where, on the Net or elsewhere, I could find such DVD listings without trawling through ALL the DVD releases for a particular month, as for example at www.moviemail.co.uk?

An odd one and a tough call, perhaps, but it would make life easier: are there any Polish speakers out there who could point me to a Polish-language recipe site containing recipes for Spanish dishes, in Polish? And since I don't speak Polish, could you give me some direct links to the relevant pages?
