Is there an easier way to select a group of emails in Outlook and extract their header information to a file or to the clipboard - together, all at once? An Outlook plugin perhaps?
Outlook's method sucks because you can only get one header at a time via right-click and view options.
I've got a load of spam that I need to send to my host for investigation.

I'm using Outlook 2007. It keeps trying to send spam emails! When I start it says that it has 980 messages to send, and once it's done one it'll say it's sent 1 of 981 etc and so on (this happens when I have it offline and let it run for a bit). I've run a few virus scanners and they've all come back saying it's clean. What's even more annoying is that my other computer has also started doing this. [more inside]

It's become apparent that my computer may have a Trojan. I just received a Returned Mail notice for mail I never sent, which instead of displaying my name it displayed "jasen kimberly," and was sent to a strange russian email address: munsov@pobox.spbu.ru. I'm concerned that this may be the result of a trojan "phoning home," or using my computer to send spam.

I have an idea for yet another hairbrained social networking website (which paradoxically might hit it big :-) ). I've coded most of it up on a linux server using apache, php, mysql at softlayer.com. The hostname is registered at godaddy (which I can change if desirable). What's the minimum I need to do the following (I'd rather work on the website application logic and learn as little as possible about mail server administration for now): [more inside]

More than half my outgoing emails wind up in spam folders. I realize that it's inevitable this will happen sometimes, but how can I minimize it?
I use gmail, and I do not, fwiw, use words like "mortgage", "refinance" or "penis" in my messages. I sometimes use a sig, but it's non-hypeish. I do often send links in the body of my emails.
One solution is to follow up re: unreplied-to emails, but 1. if someone did receive my mail but hasn't had time to reply, I look pushy and 2. chances are that my follow-up will be spam filtered, too.

For the last few days I've been getting hundreds of "undeliverable email" messages. The sender of the undeliverable email is a garbage name at my domain. I think some bot is just cranking out these names, having found out my domain name. I'm pretty sure there is no virus on my computer; also I've been using only webmail for a while.
Is there any way to make this stop?

I browse the site at work from time to time. Thing is I don't remember if I've signed up or not. I know if I did I would have done it at work. In any case I did not sign up with my work email address, nor would I have used my real name.
The other day I get an email addressed to me by name saying I've got a someone who wants to meet me blah blah. It's kind of fsking me up because I only use the email internally, though I've sent a couple of thing to my personal email account. This is the only external email I've ever received on that account.
Can anybody tell me how they could have gotten my name and email?

I have a website with a feedback form script. Suddenly, over the past week, I've been getting a lot of weird, spam-like mail sent to me via this script. (It doesn't actually sell products--it just contains gibberish, of the sort that might be used to confuse spam filters.) I'm more worried that my feedback form is being used to spam other people. How can I figure out if this is the case? And either way, how can I stop abuse of my feedback form? [more inside]
