Studying Early Childhood Education and need to study it in Spain. What are good programs that are affordable (also through Financial Aid)?

What are good foreign exchange or study abroad programs in Spain, Italy, or England for Early Childhood Education and Development? I am graduating this May from the University of Arizona. I would like to continue my education for a Master's in Early Childhood Education and Development. However, I would like to go to another country (specifically in Europe) to continue my education because a) I have never been outside of the U.S. (much less CA and AZ), b) I would love to learn about other cultures and experience a new life, c) I would like to see how different parts of the world view education for younger children.

I am on my own, no parents helping and have been working only part-time, so all my funds come from financial aid. I have looked at UofA's study abroad programs and things are more politically related. I do not know anyone who has done a study abroad program or even how I can find a way to afford it on my own, so I truly do not even know where to begin.

If anyone has any insight on where to start, who to call...I would love some help! If any of the other Arizona universities, such as ASU or NAU, have programs that I am unaware of, I can still attend that institution for an exchange program and only pay in-state tuition (which would be wonderful, if possible).

Any info would be helpful! Thank you!
Also, I do not know which schools in these countries to look at for Early Childhood Education. If anyone has attended such a program in Spain, Italy, or England or any university in Spain, please let me know!
Where to buy a cheapish rangefinder camera (film) in Madrid or London

I'm in Madrid this semester, and would like to pick up an old rangefinder camera (film) or similar for around 20 euros. Is digging around antique shops and similar my best bet? Do you know a place? Or are there actually some not-terribly-expensive used camera shops in this big pretty city? Are there secondhand shops/thrift stores at all in this town? Aware of El Rastro, tried once with no luck and will probably try again Sunday. I'll also be in London next weekend and am not opposed to buying it there if you know a place. I am primarily looking for location suggestions of used camera shops or antique stores that would have what i'm looking for, but tangential advice or words of wisdom (where to buy film, where to get film developed(or do I wait until i'm back in the states?), &c., &c.) are also appreciated.

Screw Chevy Chase

I'm looking for underrated, obscure European vacation stops. A couple friends and I are going to Europe for a month (Nov/Dec), and we plan on doing the whole Eurorail/hostel thing across several countries. 1/3rd of the destination stops are for my choosing, and while I know they'll be making the saturated, obvious choices like Rome, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, etc., I'd like to spice things up with places that don't automatically spring to mind but offer the same level (if not more) of awe. Ideally, cities that aren't automatic tourist stops where most everyone speaks English and there's a McDonald's on every corner (but also not so far out of the way from mid-Europe like some hole-in-the-wall, Eastern-European Caspian city).

What sort of places have you visited that you would recommend?

Spanish Customs

CustomsQuestion: I've moved from the UK to Spain, but some of my stuff is still in England. It looks like the easiest/cheapest way to get some of that stuff is to send it to me using a carrier like DHL. One of these items is worth £1,400. Will Spanish customs try and charge IVA (Spanish sales tax on it) as if it was an eBay purchase, or similar, even though I already own it and have paid VAT (UK sales tax) when I bought it. I have documentation.
