I'm getting a start making jewelry and am looking for suppliers for inexpensive beads and pendants. Most of what I've been using has been cheap stuff from Fire Mountain and I've been really happy with the stuff I've gotten for them in the 75 cents to 2 dollar range but am looking for more variety. I'm more interested in pendants and other focals than beads, but I'm addicted enough to the bead part that I'll look at sites that focus on those too :)

Help! I'm looking for a source where I can buy about 30
Ganoderma applanatum fungi, also known as shelf fungus, bracket mushrooms, and artist conks. The idea is to use them for an art workshop, so they need to be blank. I'm really striking out on Google. Any ideas?

Clyfford Still is my favorite artist ever. Unfortunately, I am having a very difficult time finding prints of his work, except for the same 2-3 that always show up on sites like art.com. I've been looking for years. Any suggestions?

Where are the art and craft galleries in the Los Angeles area? I'm looking for galleries that sell art, jewelry, pottery and so on that's not mass-produced, but not crazy expensive fine art either. I'd love to find something like Portland's
Real Mother Goose. Nice stuff, not too experimental or edgy and perfect for buying gifts for my parents.

What are your favorite coffee table books and art books? Examples for me are the art editions of Taschen like GOAT, The Godfather family Album, the MILK project(Humanity), all books by David LaChappelle.

I'm looking for a source of "artsy" modern postcards, preferably via web. Graffiti-styled, abstract, you name it. It just has to be visually interesting and around $1 per card.

I've been to small art fairs in college towns where art students sell their assigned works. The variety of subjects and media is wide and normally the costs are very reasonable (~$20).
Are there online versions of this experience?
