Is there a narrow, all-leather, supportive, hiking/trail shoe?

I've got gobs of biomechanical issues and want to find a highly supportive, narrow trail shoe that could work as a daily brown leather shoe. (Scarpa used to make these, but globalization has "disney-fied" their products.) I'm hoping Euro-based friends here on MeFi might know of another brand (I've tried and rejected all the US options) that offers narrow sizing (or a "woman's" version that works for a guy) and has classic leather styling (i.e., something that looks cool but not flashy, so can wear with business casual attire). Ladies work shoes that can pass as business casual

I work in events for a restaurant. Mostly, this involves office work or sit-down client consultations. Our business casual dress code gives me flexibility for what kind of shoes I can wear. I typically wear black leather low-heeled pumps. (Clark's is a brand I favor.) Semi-regularly, though, my work necessitates me being on my feet all day to manage events personally. On these days, I am in and out of the kitchen and I go back and forth from indoors to outdoors. The main thing is that on these days, I may not sit down for ten hours straight. I'm looking to find a pair of shoes I can wear on that will line up with my typical look but will also be both non-slip and kind to my feet when I spend the entire day hustling around. What are some sellers (online or real world) and styles you would recommend?

Similar shoe to the Nike Juvenate in Olive?

So I've fallen for a shoe but it's sold out everywhere I look. The Nike Juvenate in Olive. Well, I mean there are some size sixes out there, but I'm a 10.5. I'm looking for something similar. Things I like: simple, clean design. Logo is the same color as the rest of the shoe. Lots of air flow. Packs up small to be shoved into bags.

Best shoes for standing all day (8+ hours)?

I do customer-facing tech support for an eight-hour shift. Our stations have no chairs, which mean we stand for all eight hours. We have standing mats, which help (a lot!), but at the end of a shift, my feet and legs are killing me. So, people of MeFi: what are the shoes you'd recommend for someone like me? I'm currently wearing Skechers, which are comfortable, but clearly there's got to be a better choice out there. I'm a size 11 - 11.5 wide, depending on the make of shoe. Thanks!
