Earlier this week, Mrs. Zooropa gave birth to our son, Elias (we call him Eli). He is our first, so of course, we are taking all sorts of photos and video on our phones, and have received a ton of requests from grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.
Here's my question: what's the best and easiest way to share photos and videos with all these folks?

I'd like photos that I take on my iPhone to automatically turn up on my mom's iPhone. I'd prefer to do this without setting up my iCloud account on her phone, since we don't need to share contacts, calendars, etc. Ideally the solution would be completely transparent for her, and require little or no ongoing effort from me once it's set up. Any tips on the best way to do this?

Are there better alternatives to flickr for sharing photos with a large group of international people? I'm trying to come up with an easy way to have access from the US to people's photos from abroad -- particularly the Mid East, Philippines, South Africa, and Argentina -- without having to e-mail multiple attachments or send photo CDs through the mail.

I just went on a cruise with a big group of people. We all took photos. We would all like to upload our photos to a common online album. How would we go about doing that?

Best way to share a photoalbum? I have an old U.S. army booklet (62 doublespread pages) called "The Punch Below The Belt" from 1944, and I was interested in putting it online for others to see. It's a fascinating, virulently racist propaganda piece about the tactics the Japanese soldiers used in the Pacific theater of operations.
