I just got a Samsung SCH-U340 (catchy, eh?) and I seem to have two text messages in the inbox. When I try to check them, the phone instantly shuts down and restarts (with the Verizon Logo sequence). I have tried deleting all the messages, which effects everything but the inbox (those messages remain) and doing an all settings reset (which is under the security menu), also to no avail. How do I fix this?

Due to circumstances, my department has inherited a 1U server that, after a firmware update, the fans are blowing much, much louder than they were originally. Normally, I would call/write to support or look it up on their site. Here's the M. Night Shyamalan twist: it is a server only sold and supported in Korea ("What a twist!"). It is the Samsung SmartServer ZSS100 and I was able to Google my way to the official list of drivers and firmware updates, but the one driver/firmware update that affects the fan (here) has corrupt download links. I'm going to be getting a new tv soon, and I'm having trouble making a
decision. I can get the last generation Samsung 50" DLP (HLN5065W) for
$3 500 CND (about $2 600 USD) or the new model, the HLP5063W for $5 000
CDN (about $3 465 USD). Do you know anything about these T.V.'s? Which
would you recommend? I'm having a hard time finding reviews for the
newer model, I'm not sure it's out yet. Anyway, any help would be

I've got batteries on the brain today (slightly-earlier post about aftermarket laptop batteries), but this thread and my growing frustration with my increasingly-relied-upon cell phone brought to mind another question: how much battery life does your cell phone really get? No matter where I am, how much I use it, or even if it's on or off, my Samsung SPH-N400 gets 24-36 hours per charge, at best, compared to the advertised "Talk Time: Up to 2.9 Hours, Stand-by Time: Up to 7 Days." Possibly too obscure, but I've got a Samsung Wireless Keyboard which has a drive eject button at the top. Any ideas how I can change the drawer it opens (it currently triggers the CDR when I use the DVD the most). There isn't an option section of the software for that and I've checked the .ini files and there doesn't appear to be anything in there I can change...
