How do you tailor a resume without lying? I'm branching my job search into other fields, and my most recent education/experience isn't relevant at all. So how do I leave it off (or do I) without looking like I'm lying? [more inside]

Since I posted my resume online, I keep receiving employment offers that don't seem to have anything to do with my field. However, since I'm not finding anything in my field, I'm tempted to take something else. How do I know if these offers are legit? [more inside]
