I've been married for 9 years and have been faithful in every way. I recently became close with a member of the opposite sex who I truly value as a friend. But I find myself thinking about this person way too much, and I am not sure how to deal with it.

I’ve had a small crush on a co worker that later turned into a pretty big one. It’s gotten to the point where I couldn’t get her off my mind and it was hard focusing on school work. I’m 25 and haven’t had much dating experience. In my younger years, middle school throughout high school, I had self esteem issues with being overweight and then with acne. I’ve come here seeking advice from a wide verity of experiences of both genders. I found a similar case to mine on here and found the answers very useful so I hope to get great advice from this community. I apologize in advance for a long winded background story but I wanted to make sure I get enough information out to aid you guys.

You're supposed to bite the bullet and tell someone how you feel -- because life is about risk and vulnerability and Going For It, I get that. But I also can't shake the feeling that by the time it gets to that point, it's already too late. Disabuse me of this notion (or not)?

I am really attracted to someone I know I shouldn't be, when I'm not single and I know he is not the kind of person I should be interested in. We see each other almost every day of the week, and I'm in a new city with not many other friends. How can I find my way out of this feeling?

About a year ago I met a dealer at a casino in another city. After a couple of subsequent visits, I mustered up the nerve to talk to her during while she was off-duty my last night there, and we got along well enough. It didn't take long until she mentioned her boyfriend, though, so how should I approach things when I visit again in a couple of weeks?

There's this guy I like and have liked for a long time. I don't know if he has any idea how I feel, or if it would scare him away if I just asked him "Hey, I like you a lot, how do you feel about that?" I only know him online, we've never met, but it feels like we've known each other forever. Do I risk the cherished friendship we have by taking this step, or do I keep the status quo and hope that someday he'll realize that I'm always here for him, waiting?
