My father is trying to get his hands on the Polish version of the book "Doctor Zhivago", by Boris Pasternak.
Apparently it's been out of print for a while.
I can't read any Polish. I'm looking for a link at an online store where it can be ordered.

I’m currently working on an international project and need to format documents written in German, Polish and Croatian for use on the web. What is the quickest way to convert all the non-ASCII characters into the relevant character entity? Some sort of web form would be my ideal solution, but I’d settle for a freeware program.

I just bought a postcard written in what looks like Armenian sent from what is now Lviv to what is now Chernivtsi (in what is now Ukraine), sometime between 1905 and (I'm guessing from the stamp) the end of the First World War/Austrian rule of Galicia. What does it say?

I have an antique copper pot that has lost its luster. It's an ordinary enough saucepan, but it was made and then brought from Russia by my great-grandparents in the 1880s. My own parents just recently passed it on to me and I'm proud to display it in my home. But it is rather dull-looking and is not as pretty as it could be. I would love some advice about how to polish it. I'm not interested in restoring it to a point where it looks like a knockoff, I'd just love to reveal the warm coppery glow I'm sure is lurking under the dullness.

Please help me identify the song being sung at 5 minutes, 52 seconds into

So I shipped a couple of cars to Poland and they didn't make it in one piece. Now it's time to work with the insurance company. I need a few words translated into Polish for a Vehicle Rating Chart: "Vehicle Description", "Annual Miles", "Number of Years Principal Driver Licensed", "Vehicle Usage" (What the vehicle is used for), "Zip Code", "Discounts Applied", "Number of Years Secondary Driver Licensed". Can anyone fluent in Polish translate these for me? Dziekuje!

We need to polish some antique silver, but are afraid of ruining it or removing too much metal. We're talking about flatware, cups, serving dishes, and other tableware. Ideally we'd like a method that: damages the silver as little as possible, provides a long-lasting shine/reduces future tarnish rate, won't kill whoever eats with them.
