Italian GSM card in US phone - PAC and PIN?

My sister is in Italy - and is trying to use an italian (Wind) SIM card in her American cingular GSM phone. It's asking her for a PAC and PIN number - which she doesn't know. What does she do? When she left for Italy, her (samsung) phone was still locked. I bought unlocking codes on EBay, and emailed them to her there. These same codes worked fine for my (identical) phone, but she might have made some mistake entering them. Therefore, I can't be 100% sure that her phone is actually unlocked.

Transferring from Vodafone to easyMobile

I want to transfer my pay as you talk phone from Vodafone to easyMobile, but I can't seem to find out how to get my Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from Vodafone, so that I can keep my existing number. Calling their helpline just gives me a bunch of automated menus that don't apply. Has anyone done this before?

Some friends and I are going to a classic arcade themed party (8-bit) and need ideas for custom T-shirt sayings... A bunch of us are getting T-shirts made up based on the classic arcade theme; Pong, Pac Man, Space Invaders, etc. and need ideas on what to get, "1-Up", "Free Credit", "Insert Coin", etc. Any and all ideas welcome!

What's the most you can cost someone who sent you a prepaid business reply mail envelope? I just got one of these, fishing for a tax-deductible donation to a 501(c)(3) group, one I would pay money to see stomped to death. I want to hear from people who've done this and suffered no repercussions, as well as any former or current USPS employees who might know where that fine line is. I'm also open to anything that keeps me on the mailing list, but still costs them more in postage than it's worth.

Making the most of politcal contributions - how? If one wishes to contibute something financially to help in this years presidential race, where would that money be best sent? Directly to the campaign? To a PAC or other group? To a Party Headquarters? What about limits, personal fund-raisers? There are a lot of vague-sounding rules and unknowns out there, wondering if anyone else on here has negotiated them.
