I'd like to sync a shared event/appointment calendar with a work colleague, which we both can
edit (not just view) on our iMac computers, preferably without having to go to an external website to make edits, or paying for an outside service. Details within.

Long time Blackberry user. Stuck with BB because it was so easy to sync with Outlook which I'm tied to by work. My BB crapped out last night (okay I washed it) and I went out and bought a Sprint Android Motorola Photon Q 4GLTE this morning on a whim. Sales lady says it syncs with Outlook no problem. I'm not seeing how. Do I DTMA or can you explain how I sync my Outlook contacts and calendar to this droid? I love you all.

Using Windows Vista at work: Once I finish making changes to a file in Microsoft Word 2007, I want to attach the file to an email in Outlook 2007. Currently, I am opening subfolder after subfolder getting to it either on the desktop or in the attach file dialog in Outlook, but that's annoying. Please advise.

I need to try to repair an Outlook 2007 .pst file that is larger than 2GB. We've already tried the built-in repair tool (scanpst.exe), but it failed. As usual, The Google is not the most reliable source of recommendations, so does anyone here have a recommendation for a 3rd party .pst repair tool?

Outlook2007 sometimes refuses to send mail, produces no error messages. There doesn't seem to be any pattern, nor any obvious way to troubleshoot it.

Why are emails sent from Exchange 2003 intermittently failing to be received at their destination with no error message? Could this have something to do with signatures added in Outlook?

I am using mail merge to send multiple emails but can't get the person's name in the "To:" box (or field), so it arrives with just their email address in "To." I have to fix this or work all night! If I could just use mail merge to put the "Display As" field, from Contacts, into the "To" box, it would work. But, apparently, I can't do that. Or can I?

I am woefully deficient at anything IT related, yet as a small business owner I need to get my ass in gear. Can you help me figure out how 2 computers in my office can access each others' Outlook? We aren't on a Microsoft exchange server (and I don't think I really understand what that is, if that helps to give you a better picture of how clueless I truly am).

With our setup, what advice can you give on our setup? (more inside)

My nice boss has tried to make everyone's life easier by putting work she wants us to do in subfolders with our names on them, in her inbox. What permissions does she need to set us (or what else does she have to do) in order for us to see the subfolders?
