I'd like to sync a shared event/appointment calendar with a work colleague, which we both can
edit (not just view) on our iMac computers, preferably without having to go to an external website to make edits, or paying for an outside service. Details within.

Can anyone recommend a good, well-trafficked forum for Microsoft Office (particularly 2010) questions? Seems like this should be eminently Googleable, but maybe because there are so many of them, I'm not finding the one that is
the one. Thanks!

Small Office/Outlook Filter: I'm part of a small, family-run non-profit organization and we're attempting to drag ourselves, screaming, into the 21st century. Right now the main email is AOL and has been for years. (I know, I know.) We want to transition to a setup that allows us to have our own emails, yet share calendars and tasks. With our setup, what advice can you give on our setup? (more inside)

In Outlook 2002 (Outlook XP), I would like to make a rule that, if I send an email, and if any of the To, CC, or BCC's don't have my company in the email address, it will CC our secure messaging. Can anyone tell me how? Keep in mind, I cannot install anything.

I have a machine running Outlook 97. Somehow, the SMTP server has become changed to 'net' (that's all it says - it should be nameofdomain.com). I am unable to change this back - every time I try, the next time Outlook goes to send and receive, it attempts to locate 'net' again. Any idea what's going on here? Google is little help on such generic keywords and the MS knowledge base doesn't seem able to help. Spyware check reveals nothing. XP Home.

Internationalising email in WinXP. My wife can read emails sent to her in Thai script using Outlook on our Win XP machine, but I can't work out how to configure the machine so that she can type in Thai (using out Thai/ English keyboard) in a non-html email. Outlook help mentions configuring using Microsoft Office Tools from the program manager - but that requires using the XP discs, which we don't have as it was preinstalled by the PC manufacturer. Anyone got any ideas? I don't want to change the language of the whole O/S/ (there's a download from microsoft.com to do that) as I don't read Thai. We're by no means married to Outlook; Moz, Opera etc would be fine. We have Thai fonts.
