I wanna take a bath but the tub hasn't been cleaned in years.
I've got a bottle of Pine-Sol but the label says © 2004 and there are now Pine-Sol
"crystals" sitting at the bottom of the bottle (they're like Pop Rocks).
Will this bottle of Pine-Sol still do it's job / could it be harmful to use at this point?
I've also got a bottle of 409 (© 2004) and a bottle of Clorox (© 2002). Both of these bottles don't have crystals in em and look/smell fine.

My seventh grade French textbook had particularly charming illustrations. I don't remember the title of the book or what the cover looked like, but I'd know the illustrations if I saw them. They were mostly, if not entirely, in black-and-white and featured young people doing ordinary things like going to the beach. This textbook was used in about 1989 in a public school in southern New Hampshire.
Is there any way of finding out more about it or perhaps buying a copy online? I suppose I could ask the school but I'd rather not.

I'm trying to find the name of a dinosaur record that I listened to endlessly as a kid in 1980 or so. It was a 2-record set, I recall the covers (or the records?) being one red and one green. Songs and maybe some narrated info on various dinosaurs. I'm nearly certain it wasn't
The Dinosaur Record.
Anyone here happen to remember it? And if not, anyone with a tip on a shop that specializes in long-ago children's music that might be able to help me identify it?

I have to go to Peoria, IL for a week starting February 6 to tend to the affairs of my mother, whose dementia is getting worse. I grew up there but I haven't been back for years, and when I did go back I stayed at Mom's. Now there is no room at Mom's because she's in assisted care. Where should I stay?

What to do with old laptops? I have one 13 year old Dell Latitude, doesn't turn on, probably useless (?) and a 4 or 5 year old Inspiron1505, still works okay, should have utility for someone. I'd like to know how to best dispose of the old one, and best securely wipe/possibly donate the more recent one. Are these appropriate/feasible goals? I have a ceramic drill bit if drilling through hard drives is required, and I live in a city, so I expect I'd have a range of options if things need to be done.
Thanks in advance for your help! Any and all replies are appreciated.

Was this a real TV show or am I imagining things? Circa early-mid 90's, an American show about a family (maybe just a single dad?) with a few sons (ages between 10 - 15?) that owned and lived at a holiday motel complex. The episode I seem to remember is one of the boys was cleaning or going through a guests room after they had stayed and found a porno mag.

(YANML filter) Asking for a friend:
"About 4 years ago, this company in (foreign country) gave my company a $3,000 deposit to negotiate a deal.
The deal never went thru, so they were supposed to get their money back. They sent over incomplete wire instructions and I requested them to send the right info. Never heard back.
When I closed the company, I tried maybe 5-6 times to get this info and they never replied. So they had their money with me all these years, neglected it and now they're asking for it back. Of course, that money is gone."

How do I handle this situation without looking like a jerk?
We have a new person at work. This person will need a laptop and the company will purchase it. I have a laptop purchased by our company, but it's about 2-3 years old. I'd like to get a new laptop as mine is somewhat outdated, but the if I get a new one, the company wants me to give my old one to the new person. How do I handle this? I'm going to be in charge of the transfer and this new person will see that I am getting a new one while he is getting my old one. I don't want to look like a jerk. What do I say? Help?

I am looking for recommendations for an old film -- old enough to be in the public domain -- in which characters are making a film, so that there are shots of cameras, and of the movie filming. Ideally there'd be some kissing going on, getting filmed. I'm going to use the footage in a music video, so the audio/audio quality isn't important. In case it's not clear, I don't have a specific film in mind, but am just looking for footage from any film that fits the bill. And ideally the film would have been released widely enough that my library's extensive DVD collection would include it. Thanks in advance for any help.
