Help me figure out a sustainable exercise and nutrition routine

I used to exercise a lot, generally violent sports like rugby or boxing, but several years ago I got injured and two years ago I got pregnant and I haven't really done much since. I really want to figure out how to get back on the horse -- and while I'm at it eat a little better -- but every time I try to just think about it, the many layers of interacting constraints exhaust me. The more I work out, the more I realize that nutrition has a huge impact on my energy.
